Important Information We do have some girls that owe for previous meetings. Please remind the girls to also wear their Brownie sash to all Brownie activities, including meetings. Well, we just finished our last fundraiser, Home Interior Troop Fundraiser. We sold a total of $876 for a troop proceed
of $438. Congratulations to all the girls for their hard work. We collected items for the Our next field trip is to Royale Ranch on Saturday, May 19th. Then we have a field trip on Saturday,
July 14th to the Great Rivers Museum in Alton, IL. for our Water Everywhere Try-It. We have included all important information on our troop website. |

Current Activities We starting our meeting by reciting the Girl Scout law, the Girl Scout Promise and the Pledge of Allegiance. We completed our Troop scrapbooks!! The scrapbooks are works in progress, so over the summer, the girls can still add anything
to their books. We will also be adding a troop group picture to the books in the future. We also completed worksheets that list our favorite things and the differences between each other. We enjoyed chips from Courtney and juice drinks from Mr. B that was left over from the DARE graduation. We had a good turnout for the Wings of Spring Confluence Birding Festival. The girls made a blue bird birdhouse. We also
seen other birds and owls. We also went for a short hike. Afterwards, we had a picnic lunch by the Lock and Dam and an ice
cream cone on the way home. |

Coming Up…….. The next meeting will be after school starts in the fall. We handed out spring registrations that are due back by June 10th to receive an Early Bird
patch. We will be sending home information on other activities that can be done by troop or on an individual basis. Our troop is completing a End of the Year Survey. It will let us know what your daughters have enjoyed this past
year and what we can improve on in the future. Please take a minute to fill this out and return or you can also complete it
on the troop website. We were also considering a family activity day and potluck. Please let me know if anyone would be interesting in
