Important Information Reminder: Dues are $1 per meeting. We are asking that the girls bring their dues in their dues holder to every meeting.
We do have some girls that owe for previous meetings. Please remind the girls to also wear their Brownie sash to all Brownie activities, including meetings. Well, we just finished our last fundraiser, Home Interior Troop Fundraiser. We collected the order forms and money at the
last meeting. We had another good year with selling a total of $876. Delivery is set for the first week of May just

Current Activities We starting our meeting by reciting the Girl Scout law, the Girl Scout Promise and the Pledge of Allegiance. We started our last Try-It for the year, Caring and Sharing. We have been working on worksheets that list our favorite
things and the differences between each other. We also worked a little more on our craft of making a troop scrapbook for each of the girls. We will hopefully be
finishing this Try-It and craft at the next meeting. We enjoyed rice krispies from Hannah and juice drinks from Eva. We had a wonderful turnout for our Ice Cream Social & Dance. We had a total of 102 girl scouts in attendance.
We also had a wonderful turnout for the tree planting activity for National Arbor Day after our meeting. We planted
11 trees at the new St. Libory Park. |

Coming Up…….. The next meeting will be on May 11th right after school. We handed out spring registrations that are due back by June 10th to receive an Early Bird patch.
We will be working on our Caring & Sharing Try-It. We will be sending home the last two permission forms for field trips. Please return permission slips by the date noted
or ASAP to reserve your daughter’s spot. We will also be sending home information on other activities that
can be done by troop or on an individual basis. We were also considering a family activity day and potluck. Please let me know if anyone would be interesting in attending
