Reminder: Dues are $1 per meeting. We are asking that the girls bring their dues in their dues holder to every meeting. We do have some girls that owe for previous meetings.

Please remind the girls to also wear their Brownie sash to all Brownie activities, including meetings.

Our only other fundraiser that we will be participating in will be the Home Interior Troop Fundraiser. The girls received their order forms and instructions at this meeting. We will need the order forms and money turned in no later than April 25^th. Delivery is set for the first week of May just in time for a Mother’s Day delivery.

We are also participating in community service projects, planting trees for National Arbor Day & collecting American Red Cross Comfort Kits.

We starting our meeting by reciting the Girl Scout law and the Girl Scout Promise and the Pledge of Allegiance.

We collected the Healthy Habits Brownie homework. Please turn it in at the next meeting if you have not done so.

Debbie Cockrell came in to discuss our last fundraiser, Home Interior Candle Sale. She passed out the order forms and other information about our sale.

We also completed our last two activities for our Healthy Habits Try-It. We completed the Brownie Girl Scouts Against Smoking workbook and earned a patch.

We then learned the importance of hand-washing and a song to sing while hand-washing.

We enjoyed snack cakes from Delynn.

We discussed upcoming field trips and fundraisers.

We ended the meeting with the Girl Scout Squeeze and choosing Kaper Chart duties.

The next meeting will be on April 13^th right after school.

We will be starting our Caring & Sharing Try-It. We will be completing worksheets about our favorite things and the differences between each of us.

We will also completing an activity about caring about each of the girls to use in a craft at the following meeting.

We have sent home permission forms for field trips and activities that have been recently planned. Please return permission slips by the date noted or ASAP to reserve your daughter’s spot.

We are thinking about making June 30^th a family day with a potluck lunch and other activities instead of a hike. Please let me know what you think.
